EXAM 2 DIRECTIONS
1. If the problem says “See EXCEL”, then you must answer the question(s)
using the Excel output.
2. Carry all decimal places to the very end. If options a-d show four decimal
places, round your answer to four places. If options a-d show three decimal
places, round your answer to three places. ETC.
3. Go to the closest probability in the Z table to obtain a Z. In the rare
instance where the probability is exactly half way between two probabilities
in the Z table, take the average of the two Z’s associated with those
probabilities.
4. If one of the options (a-d) is correct, you must choose that option.
5. WARNING: Do not discuss the exam format or content with anyone!
